Worldwide Organization For Women [WOW]
is just what is says it is, for women. Women are the central figures
in most families, the main teachers in the lives of children, and a
key motivation and inspiration for men and policy around the world.
(However, women and men can all become part of WOW)

Women are the key figures in the
movement of strengthening the family and have historically been the
moral authority of the world. WOW is dedicated to strengthening
women so that they can have a positive and moral impact on cultures
around the globe.

When we say that we strengthen women we
mean that we educate them about the importance of their roles and how
to strengthen societies and families, and advocate for women and
their crucial role in the natural family as “mothers”. Most women
of the world become mothers at one point or another, and in the
workplace they are looked to as maternal figures even if they are not
mothers yet.

Since 1977, WOW has been dedicated to
teaching and advocating for faith, family, and sovereignty in local,
national, and global venues. WOW is an international non-profit NGO
with special consultative status at the United Nations that has a
rich history of service to and support of the families around the
world.

This year WOW is co-sponsoring multiple
events to preserve the identity of the natural family. WOW is
sponsoring multiple UN events this year in Geneva as well as in New
York and continues to work with motivated women in countries around
the world to increase faith and to strengthen families.

Our parallel event this year at the
United Nations in New York was called, “Cultural
Parenting Revolution.”
It was an eyeopening class about the way
people parent and focused on helping women see an effective way to
communicate with their children without destroying family
relationships. The class taught valuable self-government principles
that revolutionize the ineffective, but popular, parenting methods.
The event was packed and the praise was great.

One woman from the middle east said,
“This is the only class like this here. No one seems to really
care about helping mothers be better at being mothers. I think this
is the reason I came to the CSW conference. I needed this. Thank
you.”

One of our large projects for the
upcoming year is a series of educational videos for families about
the importance of their roles and to help them with day to day family
issues, such as addiction, disobedience, health, and family
relationships.

For many years WOW was part of the
World Congress of Families, and we are happy to be able to help WCF
again to sustain the family as the fundamental unit of society!
